Product Update: April 2025

Welcome to this month's update of newly released features and content. We recently launched an update to our Custom Paperwork feature that gives it the Sharable Link functionality. We also released afew contractor pay features that make it easier to pay contractors and report on payments. And, we have a comprehensive I-9 guide and customer stories for you.

Custom Paperwork Sharable Links- We’ve implemented Shareable Links so you can link directly to the Custom Paperwork collection, which is especially useful for companies collecting documents and data after an employee has completed their onboarding. If you have documents you collect annually, or new information you need, a simple link allows you to get information from workers easily.

A/R Routing for Contractor Payments - We’ve extended the A/R Routing functionality to contractor payments so it’s now possible to have your customers fund contractor payments directly from the customers bank account. Simply specify the customerID on the payment request and funds will come from that customer instead of your account.  Learn more

Contractor Payment Groups - We’ve introduced the concept of grouping contractor payments. Similar to how a check works with W-2 payroll, multiple payments are combined and paid at once. This update provides more structure to Contractor Payments for tracking and reporting purposes. The paymentGroupID is visible in the Dashboard and filterable via Get Contractor Payments.

New content

We have new content available this month related to I-9 compliance, contractor payments, and VC-backed staffing.

Plus customer success stories of staffing companies moving from manual, CSV operations to API-driven, automated payroll.

If you’re looking to upgrade your worker and admin experience, or optimize your workflows and your cash flows, please contact us. We’d love to show you how our solutions can help you reduce costs, improve worker retention, and unlock new revenue streams.
