Welcome to this month's update of newly released features. This month Instant Pay makes its way into the hands of admins and developers. IDs get AI checks in payroll onboarding. Adding Paycards to Apple Wallet gets really easy for workers. Accruals can automatically subtract and be previewed. And a sneak peak into some features coming out soon.
Instant Pay Dashboard & API - We’d extend the surface area for Instant Pay beyond the worker experience. Now admins can see details about wallets, payments, and revenue as well as administer the feature in the Dashboard. Additionally, we’ve released Instant Pay endpoints into the API so companies can build the functionality into their products or automate workflows.

Native Add to Apple Wallet - Now when a worker wants to add their Paycard to their Apple Wallet, they simply click a button, no need to open the Wallet app and manually input card details.
Accruals Automation & Preview - Accrual usage can now automatically be deducted during a payroll run and payroll previews now include accruals details. This makes it easier to manage accruals and handle time off adjustments before and during a payroll run.
AI ID Verifications - Previously we only did AI ID verifications in our I-9 flow, but now we’ve extended AI ID checks to help catch fraud and errors in the standard onboarding process as well.
I-9 Improvements - We’re upgrading some of the employee identification functionality used in our I-9 flow to create a better worker experience and provide more protections against fraud and errors.
Labor Posters - To help companies stay compliant more easily, we are working on a feature that will make it simple for companies using Custom Paperwork to display standard labor posters in the worker onboarding experience.
Minimum Wage Compliance - Our minimum wage compliance feature tracks wage rules at the federal, state, and local level, automatically flags violations during payroll runs, lets you sort, preview, and bulk-review violations before submitting checks, and includes an API so you can check rates proactively—before setting pay rates.
