Product Update: November 2025

Product Update: November 2025

Welcome to this month’s update of newly released features. In November, we focused on improving worker payout flexibility, reducing support friction, and expanding payroll capabilities beyond the United States.

Workers can now access Instant Pay from the web, transfer funds to bank accounts, and troubleshoot more issues themselves. We also released Canadian payroll and improved worker dashboard security with MFA.

Pay

Instant Pay on Web – Workers can now access Instant Pay through the web dashboard. That means instant payouts are just a few clicks away — even without the mobile app.
Self-Serve Instant Pay Support – Workers can now view transaction history, manage multiple debit cards, see clearer error messages, and track payout statuses directly in the dashboard. This makes it easier for workers to troubleshoot issues independently, reducing inbound support volume for admins.

Transfer from Instant Pay to Bank Account – Workers can now ACH funds out of Instant Pay. This gives them more control over how they access their earnings.

CanadianPayroll

Canadian Payroll – Canadian payroll is now generally available, enabling teams to process payroll in the U.S. and Canada from one unified system with consistent workflows for onboarding, pay, and reporting.

Platform

Worker Dashboard MFA Options - We’ve added new multi-factor authentication options to the worker dashboard, giving teams more control over security requirements and making account access more reliable for workers. (docs)
