In his role as Compliance & Tax Manager, Elijah oversees Zeal’s tax strategy, compliance operations, and regulatory affairs related to employment, withholding, and payroll across multiple U.S. jurisdictions. He plays a critical role ensuring Zeal’s platform remains up to date with evolving tax laws, state and local mandates, and compliance obligations. Elijah brings deep subject matter knowledge to Zeal’s mission of transforming global payroll and financial operations. He collaborates with engineering, product, legal, and operations teams to operationalize tax rules at scale, reduce risk, and maintain compliance while enabling Zeal’s customers to run payroll seamlessly.
